WHAT WE DO
Our services.
-
INSTALLATION:
This is and will probably always be the most basic thing we do. We can install any fire sprinkler system; residential and commercial. We do new builds as well as doing retrofits in houses (which is an animal onto itself and very skilled centric). We can sprinkler an apartment building, a house, an office, a warehouse .. everything. We are especially great at custom homes. At the lake do do a huge percentage of custom homes build there. We build our system with the idea of always being able to see everything, regardless to whether it’s covered or exposed. We feel the pipe fitting is just as important, in fact more important often, then the final look. The pipe we install will end up being the difference between having a fire sprinkler that is a nightmare, to one that will accentuate (as best it can) the care it took to design and build in the first place. We take the same care of pride to everything else we do, regardless to size or use.
-
SERVICE:
We will service everything we can install. We will service systems of all compositions; CPVC, steel, PEX, or copper systems. Repairing systems are a skill like anything else, and knowing how to install a system doesn’t always make you great at servicing them. We cycle all of our guys in and out of service work continuously, so that no matter which of the guys come out to fix your system, you will get someone familiar, comfortable, and often innovative in repairing sprinkler systems. We will often be able to fix things in your system without removal of drywall or wood ceilings; in fact we can mostly do that. We can fix sprinkler systems and fire sprinkler backflow devices. Almost all of the guys here are licensed and certified fire sprinkler fitters as well as backflow testers / technicians.
-
DESIGN:
We have been using the same design firm for close to 30 years now, and we work seamlessly with installers, designers, architects, engineers, and owners to assure you get the system you want and need. Our engineers know that their jobs don’t end with a plan. They are involved in every step of the process including consulting and even changes to existing project while it is under construction.
-
TESTING:
We can do most tests associated with fire sprinkler systems, which means annual tests, real estate inspections, five year fire system testing, and backflow testing.
-
MAINTENANCE:
Like all mechanical systems, fire sprinkler systems need to be maintained. Residential and commercial systems are generally required to have annual certifications. We handle all maintenance related work.
-
INNOVATION:
It never ends; we are always looking for new ways to do our jobs better. We always learning new skills, looking into new products, often inventing our own innovations to make our systems better, cleaner, and more aesthetic. We have never turned a blind eye to good ideas. We are very close to offering a fine mist residential fire sprinkler system which works with fine mist, or basically super humidifying the air, pulling the heat from the fire without the 40 GPM’s a regular fire sprinkler typically discharges. We’ve installed systems “off the grid,” utilizing various power and pump configurations. We are currently offering an outside “Wild Fire Wall,” (which is what we’re calling it) to dampen the sides and roof of a home so as to prevent stray embers or wild fires in the area, as well as prevent your house being burned down as a casualty of the neighbors house unfortunately catching fire.
