Oliver and Irmgard Kenny founded AAA Fire Sprinklers over 45 years ago in Los Angeles, California. Oliver had been working for a large sprinkler company, but because his work was requested so often, several general contractors pushed him into going into his own business so they could be assured it was him doing their work.  Often this work was highly specialized functional aesthetic exposed piping for high profile venues that wanted that “industrial” look to their projects. Irmgard earned her accounting degree in Germany and had spent many years working in the banking industry before they founded the company. She single-handedly ran AAA Fire Sprinklers for 43 years until she “retired” a couple years ago (a couple years after Oliver). Moving from Los Angeles, they picked up the entire company and moved it to Northern Nevada, taking with them that same workmanship and professionalism that had made them successful. In 2024 AAA Fire Sprinklers will have been in Northern Nevada for 30 years, far longer than Los Angeles, and has become a generational company with Eric, their son, along with the same crew, maintaining that same workmanship and professionalism that has helped the company endure recessions, earthquakes, and floods … and is still going strong.
