AAA Fire Sprinklers was founded in Los Angeles, California, in 1978 by Oliver and Irmgard Kenny. Oliver's exceptional craftsmanship in fire sprinkler installation — particularly his expertise in aesthetically pleasing, exposed piping systems for high-profile commercial venues — became so highly sought after that general contractors encouraged him to establish his own company to ensure his personal involvement on their projects.

Irmgard, holding an accounting degree from Germany and with extensive banking experience, expertly managed the company's operations for 43 years. Together they built a reputation for superior workmanship, reliability, and professionalism.

In the mid-1990s, the Kennys relocated the entire company to Northern Nevada, bringing that same standard of excellence to the region. By 2025, AAA Fire Sprinklers will have served Northern Nevada for over 30 years — longer than its time in Southern California.

Today the company remains family-owned and operated, led by second-generation owner Eric Kenny alongside the same dedicated crew that has been with the company for decades. This continuity has enabled us to weather economic downturns, natural disasters, and industry changes while continuing to deliver the highest level of service and quality that our clients have depended on for more than 45 years.
